All of the Taurima residents are students, and most are in their first year of study. The average age is 18 and nearly all of our residents are in their first year away from home. We sit down together for lunch and dinner, which helps with getting to know people, and makes for a closer community.
Longview Taurima Hostel provides a supportive Christian environment with a family atmosphere. Residents are encouraged to see themselves as part of the hostel community and to join in with hostel activities.
